This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
The Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms is lovely and the facilities are excellent. The food is wonderful.

This is a reasonablly priced Hotel providing excellent facilities throughout. The Hotel itself is beautiful it's best feature being the roof top terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. This should be a 5 star rated hotel.
We had booked for 5 nights but stayed an additional night as we could not bare to part company with De La Ville. The service we experienced was truly wonderful. Quite the very best we have ever had anywhere in the world. Top marks to Enzo who looked after us though our entire stay. All the staff have great personalities and we must mention both Antonio and Bruno who made us laugh at every available opportunity.
The rooms are beautiful and particularly clean and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Freshly made omelettes every morning !!
If you are thinking of staying in Sorrento you MUST stay in this Hotel. We will certainlly be booking ourselves in again next year.

Our Stay at the Grand Hotel De La Ville has been a delight. The quality of food and service is excellent, the staff are genuinely friendly and we would recommned it to anyone looking for a great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. We hope to return soon! |

The level of service received at the De La Ville Restaurant is really five star. Every meal time we have been given very personal attention, the presentation of the restaurant has always been perfect with fresh flowers and extremely clean and well presented tables.
Each day the manu changed which was nice, this always ensured a fish dish which we found really good for light eaters.
Fantastic service, food and wine, we couldn't have asked for any better. It really was first class.
