We wish to say thanks for our 2 weeks stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food had been very good.
The room service excellent and the hotel has been run efficiently in every department.
We would certainly highly recommend this hotel to all our friends and would indeed love to spend more time here.

This is our first visit to Italy .
We stayed at the De La Ville Hotel in Sorrento. It is a very good hotel, we had lovely sea views and everywhere is very clean and the food is varied and good.
The staff are helpful and the waiters look after your every need.
A help to make it a very enjoyable stay.

Our trip to Sorrento, July 06 was our first experience of Italy and a somewhat smaller hotel than we are used to. We can honestly say that we have had a fantastic holiday. The Grand Hotel De La Ville was ideally located, within a short walk from the main Piazza Tasso. The accommodation was comfortable and beautifully furnished.
Everyone, at the restaurant and bar made us feel extremely welcome.
Nothing was too much trouble. The cuisine was by far the best we have experienced in a hotel. Overall the De La Ville offers first class accommodation, first class service and first class food set in a warm and friendly atmosphere. |

This has been our second stay at the Grand Hotel De La Ville, Sorrento. The first was in April 2006. We enjoyed the Hotel so much that we just had to come again.
As on our first visit, everything was the same - the cleanliness of the Hotel, the standard of the rooms, the high quality of food and most important the " friendliness and kindness of all the staff.
It was a pleasure to have Enzo and his staff in the restaurant and Gino and staff in the bar.
We have never stayed in any other hotel in Sorrento and I am sure we never will. It is the De La Ville again next year.

The staff, service and food were wonderful
Excellent value for money! We will be back with our friends and family.
Every night in the restaurant, Enzo and his wonderful team perform a " ballet of food and service ". Every Guest is welcomed personally and made to feel very special.
These Gentlemen worked very hard to ensure our holiday was a great success. |
