Dear Sir,
My wife and I were guests at your hotel for 3 nights: Wednesday May 30, Thursday May 31, and Friday, June 1. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel de la Ville.
The hotel is in an excellent location. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes walk to Tasso Piazza and the town center.
Room 204 was beautiful, spacious and luxurious. My wife loved the tile floor in the room and tiles in the bathroom. The room had a balcony and we had a stunning view of the sea.
We both enjoyed having breakfast each morning in the outdoor garden. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. There were many items and a tremendous variety of food at the buffet. We especially enjoyed having individual omelets made to order fresh each morning. My wife and I have been to many hotels in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and England and this was the only buffet breakfast that had someone making fresh omelets to order.
All the members of the staff were friendly, warm and professional. I want to compliment Enrique and Enzo at the Reception Desk. I also want to compliment Carmine, the head waiter, at the breakfast buffet. He welcomes and directs each guest to the tables. He keeps the waiters alert to the needs of the patrons.
When my wife and I return to Sorrento, we will definitely make reservations at the Hotel de Ville. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento. |

We have had a lovely week at the De La Ville. The hotel is lovely the rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff and the Managers are very friendly and along with the food made our stay very enjoyable. |

Our Room was in all respects extremely comfortable and very well looked, after by the friendly cleaning staff througout our stay.
As Half Board Guests we could not fault the wonderful breakfasts and evening dinners we enjoyed. Extensive choice, local cuisine and beautifully cooked.
Enzo and his team in the dining room provide a friendly yet professional service and make you feel extremely welcome. Many thanks!
The range of dishes presented at the Gala Buffet was amazing and very enjoyable!
We also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the Hotel on several evenings.
Without exception, a very professional yet friendly staff, provide an excellent service which made our stay at the Hotel De La Ville a holiday of pleasant memories. |

We have stayed at this hotel on five
previous occasions and are due to go
back again later this month.Having travelled extensively in the Far East and the Middle East as well as Europe this hotel is as good as the 5 star
hotels we have stayed in. From Enzo and Carmine to the youngest waiter in the restaurant and Gino and Antonio (Senior) in the bar backed up ably by Bruno and Antonio (junior) the staff are always pleasant and very helpful nothing is ever too much trouble for them to do to make your stay enjoyable. |

This was our first time to Sorrento. We don't it will be our last. For the last two years we have been to lake Garda and did not think we would find a better hotel than the one we chose there but we were wrong. The De La Ville has more than surprised us. This should be given first stars as should all the staff from porters, reception down to the chamber maid. I have never been given so many kisses and so much attention as I had from Enzo.
As everyone has previously written before us, the staff of the Hotel and the food cannot be praised enough. Bravo to the excellent Chefs'. The decor and furniture is exquisite. Our chambermaid Mariagrazia was a jem. Always happy and smiling and so quick.
