Dear Enzo,
We have now returned from our stay at your hotel, I must comment that over the last 20 years we have stayed at numerous fine hotels in Europe and the rest of the world and without doubt the De La Ville is one of the best, every member of staff cannot do enough for you, the food is of the highest quality the hotel is exceptionally clean and well furnished.The location within the heart of Sorrento is exceptional and lastly I need not have worried about a room upgrade as room 526 was more than adequate. Once again thank you very much and we hope to return again.

Hi,
My wife and I stayed at the de la Ville over the weekend 29/8 to 1/9 2008 and we would like to congratulate you on every aspect regarding our stay. The facilities were excellent, but the staff were impeccable! Particular mention should go to the restaurant manager (the hand kisser) and Flora, the bar manager on the top floor.

I am lucky enough to have travelles all over the world from all parts of Europe, Africa, Australia, the far East , the middle East and the America’s. In so doing I have stayed in many hotels and have experienced both good and indifferent service . On occasions one is fortunate enough to be presented with excellence.
The Grand Hotel de la Ville has been one of those that has been excellent, but more than that it is unique in providing service from a happy and most entertaining team led by the likes of Enzo, Gino and Bruno. May you continue to employ such a wonderful crew.

We would like to express our appreciation to Enzo, Antonina, Gino and Giuseppe, and all the restaurant staff, who made our stay so enjoyable and to Bruno for the very friendly and efficient service.
Most importantly our sincere thank to Flavia for the kindness and pratical help, when she gave up her own time to assist us.
We leave the De la Ville with fond memories of the hotel and its staff, and hope to return soon.

We have just returned after spending a fantastic week at the De La Ville and just had to thank you for your wonderful hospitality, before we arrived I asked if we could have the same room that we had stayed in previously and also as my mother was coming with us, if she could be placed on the same floor as us, our request was granted and my mother who was visiting Italy for the first time and also celebrating her 70th birthday was totally enchanted by the whole experience and I think she will also become a regular visitor, once again thank you and we hope to see you in the near future. |
